Job Description
Position Summary
The Assurance Manager has a leadership role involving numerous responsibilities and competencies. As a leader on the assurance side, the Assurance Manager (AM) works closely with the Partners/Principals to ensure clients receive comprehensive, high‑quality assurance services. The AM manages multiple engagements, ensuring the work done is complete, accurate, timely and comprehensive. Utilizing excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the AM serves as a key contact for clients and effectively deals with client concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the management and oversight of the assurance team and the assurance work being done.
- Scheduling for incoming work, meetings and filing requirements.
- Following up with staff on file progress.
- Keeping everyone informed of the progress.
- Ensuring tax, banking and other deadlines are met.
