Audit Manager

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for a pro‑active, dynamic individual to lead the Audit Department and the candidate must be able to demonstrate good leadership, client management and problem‑solving skills and must be resilient and adaptable in a changing work environment.

The candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing audits according to audit plans, overseeing the process of audits, managing auditors to ensure that the audit work is performed according to the required standard and deadlines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, guide and mentor audit teams to deliver high‑quality audit engagements.
• Plan, execute, monitor and complete audit engagements efficiently within budget, cost constraints and agreed timelines.
• Review audit working papers, audit programs, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, independence, and compliance with professional standards.
