About the Role

As an Auto Claims Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting customers immediately following an accident. You will guide them through the claims process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver a customer‑first experience through empathy, active listening, and clear communication. Provide timely updates and guidance so customers feel supported throughout the claims process and welcome and assist them onsite, creating a professional and reassuring environment.
