Autobody Production Manager

Overview

Cardiff Collision has expanded and we are looking to fill a position at our new Fleet Division.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations on the production floor.
• Open and close shop, delegate work to repair technicians, manage sublets and spearhead production meetings.
• Assist with estimates as necessary, communicate with insurance providers and manage movement of vehicles.
• Conduct final vehicle inspection and quality assurance.

Qualifications

• Experience in high‑quality collision repair.
• Effective leadership and above‑average supervisory skills.
• Good understanding of insurance claims procedures and policies.
• Strong work attitude, excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Positive team spirit within the department and support of other departments.
