What You’ll Do

• Prepare carbon fibre and fiberglass composite components for primer and paint applications.
• Apply coatings using a variety of spray techniques and methods.
• Perform detailed spot repairs using airbrush and spray gun techniques.
• Mix, spray, and verify coatings to achieve precise colour matches.
• Execute two- and three-tone graphics across multiple panels.
• Mask and protect areas as required to ensure high-quality finishes.
• Inspect components throughout all stages of processing to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow detailed work instructions, mix ratios, and quality control procedures.
• Maintain spray booths, shop tools, and equipment in optimal working condition.
