Job Description & Summary

We are seeking a skilled AV and Collaboration Technology Engineer to support the design, deployment and maintenance of AV and collaboration solutions across meeting rooms, conference spaces and enterprise environments. Reporting to the AV and Collaboration Technology Specialist, this role will be responsible for the daily operations, troubleshooting and optimization of AV systems, video conferencing platforms and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in installing, configuring and maintaining AV equipment with expertise in platforms such as Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Zoom Rooms, Webex, Crestron, Extron, QSYS, Biamp and Dante audio solutions.
