Job Description

Responsibilities 
 Handle all company secretarial matters in compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, RBI guidelines, and other applicable laws. Ensure timely statutory filings with MCA, RBI, and other regulators. Advise on corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance applicable to banks and financial institutions. Liaise with regulators, auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders on secretarial and governance matters. Maintain statutory registers, records, and trackers. Conducting board and shareholders meetings including preparing agenda in consultation with other functions, notice for the meetings and preparing minutes of the meetings. Any other work assigned by the Department Head and Management. 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience   
Special Skills Required
