Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with 4–6 years of experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, system design, and cloud technologies, along with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. This role also includes mentoring junior developers and contributing to architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (17–21) and Spring Boot (3.2+)
Apply strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns in real-world problem solving
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions
Design and optimize database schemas, SQL queries, indexing, and stored procedures
Work with AWS Cloud services (EC2, ECS, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, Cloud Watch)
