Job Description

As Back Office you will support and follow up all the people who need support on the site, based on PPG processes. You will report directly to the HRBP of CAM and will be located in #Panamá.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You will ensure the proper execution of on-site activities related to human resources such as messaging, reception of visitors, data and document collection.
- Support PPG policies such as internal regulations, EHS for Panama, Pacific.
- Communicate execution, in collaboration with the Mexico team.
- You will manage purchase orders, budget management and staff events.
- You will communicate with all the office since you will be an important person to help everybody.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience of 3 years in administrative processes or human resources
- Education in Bachelor's degree or commercial, administrative, tourism, or industrial engineering
- English is an important qualification.
