Job Summary
The Head Bread Baker is responsible for overseeing the daily production of high-quality breads and baked products for the restaurant. This role ensures consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and food safety standards while leading and supervising the bakery team. The Head Bread Baker will manage production schedules, inventory, recipe execution, and overall bakery operations to support restaurant service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
