Bakery Assistant Wanted

FreshChoice Te Anau are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our in-store bakery department. Joining our tight-knit bakery crew would see you learning a wide variety of bakery-related skills, such as wrapping, packing, slicing, dicing, icing, pricing and cleaning.

If you're thinking; I've always liked the idea of working in a bakery but don't like the idea of starting work at 2am, then the best news is, start time is a very reasonable 6am. First in, and first out, giving you the rest of the day to enjoy Fiordland.

This position offers 5 shifts per week (approx 35-40hrs/wk for summer) and is available for immediate start.

Minimum 3 month commitment required, and unfortunately we're unable to offer sponsorship for this role, so applicants should have a valid right to work in NZ (e.g. WHV, open work visa, residency or citizenship).
