Bakery Helper

We are looking for a Bakery Helper who assists bakers in preparing baking decorating packaging and displaying bakery products such as bread cakes pastries cookies and other baked goods for one of our hospitality client in Al Ai UAE. The role involves preparing ingredients maintaining cleanliness operating basic bakery equipment and ensuring food safety standards are followed.

• Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Assist in mixing, baking and decorating bakery products.
• Prepare dough, batters, fillings and toppings.
• Package and label baked goods for display or sale.
• Clean and sanitize bakery equipment, utensils and work areas.
• Monitor ingredient stock and assist with inventory management.
• Follow food safety hygiene and quality standards.
• Support bakers during production and busy periods.
