Application Support engineer to provide L1/L2 24/7 banking application support experience in banking domain, analyze, debug & resolve production issues. Experience with SQL, Linux, Oracle, IIS, Devops, API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution, fine tuning, root cause analysis, scripting and automation skills
