Job Description
We are looking for a proactive professional to join our Operations team, supporting critical payment processes related to investment fund activity.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor payments and collections related to investment fund operations (subscriptions, redemptions, distributions)
- Ensure timely execution of transactions within strict market cut-offs and settlement deadlines across multiple currencies
- Oversee cash positioning and funding requirements, including support for FX transactions when needed
- Monitor settlement cycles (T+X) and ensure proper reconciliation of transactions
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, breaks, and exceptions in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, custodians, transfer agents, and banking partners to ensure smooth processing
- Support and maintain critical operational processes, ensuring compliance with internal controls and procedures
