Key responsibilities of a GAUCHO Barback

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
• Stock rotation.
• To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
• Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service and great guest experience.
