Barber/Stylist - Deployment support

THE ROLE

Imagine the excitement and ability to show off your incredible skills in a deployed environment (overseas) for six months cutting hair for the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and partner nations from across the world! As a deployed Barber, you are not just cutting hair, but enhancing the morale and welfare of all the troops deployed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cut, trim and style hair according to the customer’s preference or according to particular style (e.g., fades, military haircuts).
• Trim beards and moustaches, analyze hair and scalp conditions, and provide advice on treatments.
• Assist with recreational activities and events to keep the military energized for operation readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED

Education, Certifications and Licenses

• High school diploma
• Barber certification (Province)
• A valid driver’s license (Province)
• Canadian citizenship
