Utopia Design is seeking a capable Local Site Manager for a high-end luxury villa project in Barcelona. Relocation will be necessary if not already based in the city. This full-time, on-site role requires leading on-site activities, ensuring compliance with building codes, conducting inspections, and collaborating closely with project teams.
