Barman

Duties: Prepare and serve alcoholic & Non-Alcoholic Beverages to guests Maintain a clean, organised, and well stocked Bar Take and process orders efficiently and accurately Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere Handle guest / staff bar bills on POS system Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Requirements: Previous experience in bartending in a hotel, bar, or restaurant setting Knowledge of Cocktails, wines, beers and spirits Excellent communications and customer service skills Professional, reliable and team orientated Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays Opera or Semper POS experience advantageous
