Based at the Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving high‑quality beverages, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining the bar area in pristine condition.

Responsibilities

• Understanding the outlet’s concept and beverage offerings and confidently explaining them to guests.
• Crafting and serving high‑quality cocktails, non‑alcoholic drinks, wines, spirits, and beers, garnishing them to standard and recommending drinks when appropriate.
• Ensuring bar mise en place is prepared for efficient service, maintaining all ingredients, bottles, and equipment in order and checking inventory daily.
• Assisting the Head of Bars in creating new cocktails, supporting menu promotions, and keeping product knowledge up to date.
