Job Description
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A highly motivated individual with BCBA certification is needed for a contract opportunity working with elementary students. This full-time position (37.5–40 hours weekly) begins immediately and continues through June 22, with a potential extension into the first semester of the upcoming academic year. You will support 24 inclusion students in grades K-3, as well as 5 students in a sub-separate classroom environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification
- Previous experience supporting K-3 students, ideally within public school settings
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement behavioral intervention plans
