You will work with a collaborative team where developers and business analysts maintain enterprise apps and improve backlog items for one of our key strategic clients. In this role you will serve as the operational hub of the service: the first point of contact for incident intake, the person who keeps SLAs healthy, and the link between end‑users, the engineering team, and the client.
