Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise customers relationship in Mexico, including medium and large enterprises, government agencies, and fast‑growing startups.
- Understand customer needs, design and promote customized cloud computing solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and other products and services).
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals, formulate and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
- Gain an in‑depth understanding of industry trends and use competitive intelligence to optimize sales methods and channels.
- Work closely with the internal technical team to ensure high‑quality pre‑sales support and technical demonstrations.
- Establish and maintain a partner network and promote business development through channel partners.
