Job Description
Responsibilities
- Performs all treatments and massage therapy available on spa menu for our customers
- Conducts consultation to evaluates client’s individual needs and expectations and determine most effective program
- Manage appointments and keep on time
- Be sensitive to each guest’s comfort level and service needs
- Presents a warm, gracious and professional qualities for customers and co-workers
- Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness and visual presentation
- Actively builds repeat clientele
- Sales skills, meets retail sales performance requirements
- Excellent communications skills
- Good organizational skills and follow-through
- Beauty wellness and Massage certification is preferred
- Familiar with body scrubs and/or wraps techniques, body massage, facial treatment processes
