Roles & Responsibilities
Description
- Main duty is to handle Shop sales
- Handle customer's enquiries, booking of appointment and receiving customers upon arrival
- Identify customers needs and recommend suitable products and treatments to customer
- Arrange all clients treatments and assist when required
- Manage whole shop staffs and shop sales*
- Staffs management - manage, coach, motivate sales, feedback to achieve KPI
- Customers management - service satisfaction/complaint and others
Requirements:
- Must be able to manage facial and body sales
- Min 3 years Sales Manager of Beauty salon line working experience is a Must
- Hard Working, willing To Learn
