POSITION OVERVIEW
Provide consultation and direct PT services to BEEP, K-8, High School and/or Post-Secondary/Transition students who require an Extended School Year (ESY), per their Individualized Education Program (IEP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide direct services to students as indicated on caseload IEP
• Support students with a range of PT services, motor delays and/or underlying impairments that limit/prevent a student from accessing the educational curriculum
• Coordination of related service and service only student support
• Consult with ESY teachers
• Provide direct or consultative services; modify or adapt school environments, tools, or materials as needed in order to support a student in accessing the educational curriculum and environment as independentl...
