Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Behaviour Consultant to support children and youth with autism, developmental disabilities, communication delays, and complex behavioural needs. This role is best suited for someone with experience in behaviour assessment, behaviour support planning, early intervention, caregiver coaching, and data‑informed intervention.

The clients we support often have limited verbal communication, require hands‑on developmental and behavioural programming, and may present with aggression, self‑injury, property destruction, elopement, toileting challenges, feeding or daily living skill needs, and delays in play, communication, social, and adaptive skills.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with families, aides, and a multidisciplinary clinical team to develop practical, evidence‑informed strategies that improve client safety, independence, communication, participation, and quality of life.
