Bid & Proposals Manager

Working on the largest and most exciting opportunities in the Real Estate market, this role takes ownership of the end-to-end proposal development process - ensuring high-quality, creative, and client-focused submissions. This is a key role in the Business Development Centre in Australia, a specialised team that provides strategic direction and execution of new business pursuits. The role reports to the National Director, Marketing & Communications for Australia and works in collaboration with a Senior Bid Coordinator and a dedicated Graphic Designer.
