Bids & Tender Specialist (Central-West)

Our client in the Build and Design industry is searching for a Bids & Tender Specialist who can manage all RFPs and incoming leads end-to-end, ensuring an organised and timely process.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and opportunities, and compile for Management's qualifications.
• Lead the development of compelling and compliant RFP responses and pitch decks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, to gather information and develop proposal content.
• Organize and disseminate tender addendums and clarifications and provide timely responses.
• Ensure that RFP submissions meet all requirements, including those related to format, content, and timeline.
• Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordination of internal and external resources, review and approval processes, and submission.
