The Big Al's Attendant is responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions, taking orders and accepting payments, and preparing and serving food and drinks. The attendant always presents a friendly and professional image at the Hotel/Casino.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.
• Provide impeccable guest service to all guests.
• Welcome customers, inform them about specials or new items, answer questions, and accept orders and payments.
• Serve food, drinks, and other items to customers.
• Package food and prepare beverages per customer request for sale.
• Clean and restock work area, dining area, and empty trash; sanitize equipment and utensils.
