About the role

As the first point of contact for all billing and account related inquiries, our Billing Specialists develop strong relationships with our customers and strive to make them successful in every interaction.

What you’ll do

• Respond to billing inquiries via phone and email meeting the Service Level Agreement.
• Manage payments and credits, billing questions, and update account information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Escalate advanced requests to the Finance Team (Refunds, Write-Offs, etc).
• Manage overdue accounts and payment collections, which may lead to account suspensions.
