**A highly respected and well-established LA-based personal injury firm is seeking a Discovery Legal Clerk. This firm is dedicated to awesome legal representation, enthusiastic teamwork, and unrivaled client service.**
**The right person for this position will have an excellent academic background with excellent multitasking and organizational skills, an ability to work with and report to others as a team, and above all must be detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.**
**Summary: Provide case management support to Attorneys by preparing discovery, assembling and organizing case materials, and writing memoranda.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct initial client consultations and gather pertinent case information.
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
- Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
