Role Overview~

We are seeking an experienced SDR Supervisor to lead, develop, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).

This role is responsible for driving team performance, ensuring KPIs are met, and aligning daily operations with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities~

Lead, coach, and manage a team of SDRs
Ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
Oversee daily operations and workflow execution
Conduct 1~1 sessions, coaching, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
Monitor quality of interactions and adherence to processes
Deliver ongoing training (shadowing sessions, role plays, etc.)
Prepare and present operational and performance reports
