Bilingual Recruiter

Description We are looking for a bilingual recruiting specialist to support hiring efforts for a manufacturing operation in Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will focus on building a stronger local talent pipeline while managing recruiting activity for specialized and high-volume roles. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to full-cycle recruiting, deliver a positive candidate experience, and communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for farm live operations roles, Animal Care Technician positions, and select international leadership openings.
• Conduct a high volume of weekly interviews and keep hiring activity on pace to meet staffing goals.
