Bilingual TA Recruiter – French & English (Hybrid)

UPS is seeking a strategic Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Bogotá for a hybrid role. You will own the recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with hiring teams and managing talent pipelines globally.

The ideal candidate will have advanced English and full French fluency, experience with ATS, HR processes, and data-driven recruitment strategies, along with strong MS Office skills.
