Job Description

Job Scope Issuing invoice Sending invoices to the customer Filing documents on Docman (internal only data storage) Coordinating internal & external for work related Updating Job Book, internal data Sending SOA & Follow up payment Invoice report sending Costing verification Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time. Job Requirements Min GCE O level 2 to 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry is highly advantageous. Candidates with a proven track record in similar operational or logistics environments are also welcome to apply. Good team player with the ability to work independently. Computer literacy, basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills. Working hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 6pm
