Billing Executive
Responsible for implementing billing and pricing for customers. The primary objective is to ensure accurate and timely billing aligned with customer network configurations and contracted pricing agreements. This includes interpreting customer orders, understanding service and pricing requirements, and implementing them correctly across multiple billing systems to ensure accurate invoices. The role aims to deliver seamless customer experience while ensuring all revenue is billed promptly. It also supports revenue assurance through the investigation and resolution of billing errors and contributes to ongoing process improvement initiatives. Employees will be required to work according to the operational hours of the overseas operations they support.
