Billing Supervisor (Hospital Billing) - Boynton Beach, Florida

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Billing Supervisor.

The Billing Supervisor oversees a team of billing staff and ensures timely accounts receivable management and financial clearance activities. This role provides direct supervision, evaluates staff performance, monitors productivity and quality, and partners with management to implement policies and process improvements.

Responsibilities: 

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of billing team members.

Assign, monitor, and review work to ensure quality and productivity standards are met.

Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Monitor reports and work queues to ensure timely accounts receivable follow-up and financial clearance activities are completed; develop action plans to address gaps.
