BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural BIM models with structural MEP and other disciplines.
• Conduct clash detection using software such as Navisworks and resolve coordination issues.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and prepare coordination reports.
• Develop and maintain LOD-compliant architectural models as per project requirements.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Perform regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Architecture or related field.
• 58 years of experience in architectural design and BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows LOD requirements and clash detection processes.
