Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator who excels in managing Building Information Modeling processes and is adept at communicating complex designs to clients. The BIM Coordinator will play a crucial role in the development, coordination, and delivery of digital models, ensuring all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BIM software, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate technical details into client-friendly presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Management & Coordination:
- Develop and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate designs and resolve any conflicts within the BIM environment.
