Job Description: Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of ACMV systems, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and components, based on engineer's drawings, specifications, and calculations. Model complex geometries and assemblies while adhering to project standards and BIM execution plans. Generate shop drawings, sections, and details from the model for fabrication, installation, and coordination. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure design integrity and resolve clashes effectively. Participate in BIM coordination meetings to identify and resolve potential conflicts between different building systems. Utilize clash detection software (e.g., Navisworks) to identify and resolve clashes early in the design process.
