Responsible for reviewing tender documents and preparing accurate and competitive cost estimations, technical proposals, and BOQs for Building Management System (BMS) projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender Review & Technical Analysis
  • Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs related to BMS projects.
  • Analyze project requirements for HVAC controls, energy management, and building automation systems.
  • Clarify technical queries during the tender stage with consultants and clients.
• Quantity Take‑Off & Estimation
  • Prepare detailed quantity take‑offs for Controllers, Sensors, Actuators, Control panels, Cables and accessories.
