Job Description
Financial Recordkeeping:
- Record and categorize financial transactions, including income, expenses, and purchases.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in accounting software or ledgers.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements with financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Payroll Support:
- Assist in processing payroll and managing employee records.
- Ensure proper calculation and timely payment of wages, taxes, and other deductions.
Reporting:
- Generate financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Provide financial summaries and updates to management as needed.
- Assist with preparing documents for audits and tax filings.
