Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in property management accounting and hands‑on knowledge of QuickBooks and Rent Manager .

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) .
  • Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments using Rent Manager .
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations .
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry.
  • Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and rent roll .
  • Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping , preferably in property management.
