Overview

We are currently seeking a BPO Process & Comm Training Senior Analyst to join our team in Manila, PH. This role focuses on delivering domain, process, compliance and refresher training programs for US or Canadian Healthcare clients in the BPO space.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage domain, process, compliance and refresher training programs.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis, create course calendars and ensure adherence to training calendars.
• Develop and manage training content, including SOPs and training materials, per NTT/client standards.
• Evaluate impact on business by measuring training effectiveness through feedback, performance during training, and on-the-job performance.
• Report training progress and dashboards to management.
