Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of continuous managerial experience.
- Proven experience in branch management, operations, or sales leadership.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage people, handle pressure, and deliver results.
- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is an advantage.
