We are representing our client, a well‑established company operating a karaoke venue. As their business continues to expand, they are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team based in Bukit Bintang , Kuala Lumpur.
Job Scope
- Lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
- Optimise that best use of available resources (people, products, systems) while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
- Coach branch supervisor and captain on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organisation's objectives.
- Responsible for upkeeping the outlet's hygiene and cleanliness.
- Responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality.
- Build morale and teamwork with fair rewards and discipline.
- Maintain high productivity by regularly reviewing staffing, schedules, and duties.
