• A Branch Supervisor oversees the daily operations of a branch, ensuring efficient performance, customer service, and adherence to company policies. They manage staff, handle customer issues, and report on branch performance to ensure the branch meets its targets and objectives.

• Knowledge of company products/services and operational procedures
• Ability to manage budgets and financial records
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Ability to train and motivate staff
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role (preferred)
