Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection
- Provide accurate information about Colourette products, shades, and usage
- Promote ongoing sales, promos, and new product launches
- Demonstrate products and offer makeup tips when needed
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of the store or kiosk
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer concerns and inquiries in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Qualifications
- At least high school graduate
- Previous experience in retail or cosmetic sales is an advantage
