Position: Brand and Marketing Manager

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Client Profile: A Philippine branch that is well-known as distributor of sweet dessert in retails industry for over 7 years in service.

Job Responsibilities

• Understand the customer needs and awareness to marketing opportunities
• Consistently conduct marketing research regarding competitors and industry, market trends, and consumer behavior
• Identify the target market based on analysis of the brand and products
• Determine target market’s demographic, psychographic, and behavioral aspects
• Provide guidance and leadership to the brand team and lead marketing team members through campaigns
