Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for producing wort and maintaining brewing equipment and facility.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Complete brewing process in a safe and efficient manner. This includes, but is not limited to, milling, mashing, and lautering, wort boiling, cooling and transferring to Storage vessels. Repair brewery equipment with assistance from other Brewhouse employees. Completion of daily cleaning and maintenance checklists Aid with yeast propagation following Company's process. Maintain cleanliness of all areas in the brew house. Work with Lab Technician to ensure our product meets our standards of the highest quality.
